Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of ojadecor.com (the "Store") operated by OJA Home Group LLC, doing business as OJA Home&Decor ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We make every effort to show product colors, sizes and details accurately. Our trees are artificial and handmade elements may vary slightly from the photos. Some images are design visualizations created to show how a product may look in a space. Sizes are approximate.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Use of the Store

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, and not to copy or reuse its content, images or text without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to OJA Home&Decor or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store applies to orders placed after it is posted.
