Ordering and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivered in 6 weeks from your order date, including up to 2 weeks for preparation and approximately 4 weeks in transit. Contact support@ojadecor.com with delivery questions.

Do you ship internationally?

We can arrange international shipping by individual quote. Email support@ojadecor.com with the product, quantity and delivery address before ordering.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with no minimum purchase. For international shipping, email support@ojadecor.com for a custom quote before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as the order has not shipped yet. Email support@ojadecor.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Where are your trees made?

In partner workshops across Asia. We vet every supplier personally and check materials and finishes before a product joins our collection.

Why does a product show "Sold out"?

We are getting ready for launch. Leave your email on any product page and we will let you know the moment it becomes available.

Returns and damaged items

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Email support@ojadecor.com with your order number first, and we will send the return address and instructions. There are no separate return shipping charges: shipping is included in the price, and we email you a prepaid return label. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, you pay nothing, and once our inspection confirms the issue we replace the item at no cost to you or, if a replacement is not available, you receive a full refund. If you changed your mind or simply did not like the item, you receive a refund of 80% of the amount you paid. For large or oversized items, we arrange the return with you individually before it ships. Custom or made-to-order items, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, items used contrary to their intended use (for example, indoor-only products used outdoors), and gift cards cannot be returned. What if my tree arrives damaged?

Please report visible damage, defects, missing parts or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery at support@ojadecor.com with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost where applicable. Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items are subject to inspection: we arrange collection of the item from you and complete the inspection within 2 weeks of the date it is collected, often sooner, then email you the result. If the inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or an incorrect item, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you receive a full refund. Damage or wear that arose after delivery and is not attributable to a manufacturing defect or to shipping, whatever the cause, is not covered as a defect. Please inspect your order when it arrives. The 72-hour reporting request does not limit rights under applicable law or prevent review of defects discovered later.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every OJA Home&Decor tree is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It covers structural defects, foliage or branches that separate from the structure because of a manufacturing flaw, and included lighting or electrical components that stop working. To make a claim, email support@ojadecor.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or a short video. If the claim is covered, we provide replacement parts, a replacement item or a refund, and we cover the shipping costs for the remedy. Damage or wear that arises after delivery and is not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, whatever the cause, is not covered, nor are normal wear, gradual color fading from sun exposure and damage from severe weather. When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. For damaged, defective or incorrect items confirmed by our inspection, we replace the item at no cost to you, or refund you in full if a replacement is not available; change-of-mind returns are refunded at 80% of the amount you paid.

About our artificial trees

Do artificial trees look real?

Ours are designed to look natural from across the room and up close, with layered foliage, several leaf tones and natural wood, fiberglass or textured trunks. A good planter and a base covered with moss, stones or bark make the biggest difference to how real a tree looks in place.

Will my tree look exactly like the photos?

Not always exactly. Photos show the style, shape and overall look of each tree, and some images are design visualizations of how it may look in a room. Because foliage is shaped by hand, your tree may differ slightly in shape, fullness or color tone.

Can I see photos of the actual tree before it ships?

Yes. Email support@ojadecor.com with your order number or the product you are interested in, and we will send you photos of the real product.

What are your artificial trees made of?

Foliage is made from durable PE, PVC or fabric. Trunks are natural wood, fiberglass or metal, depending on the model. Each product page lists the materials.

What size artificial tree do I need?

Measure from floor to ceiling and subtract 12 to 18 inches, including the planter. That is about a 6 to 6.5 ft tree for an 8 ft ceiling and 8 to 9 ft for a 10 ft ceiling. Can artificial trees be used outdoors?

Many of our models are made for indoor and outdoor use; each product page says which. Covered patios and terraces keep foliage looking fresh longest. For full, all-day sun, choose a UV-resistant model, because any artificial foliage slowly fades in strong direct sunlight. Browse outdoor artificial trees.

Is a planter included?

Each product page lists exactly what is in the box. Our trees are designed to sit inside a decorative planter of your choice for a finished look.

Do artificial trees need assembly?

Smaller trees arrive ready to shape, and larger trees arrive in sections that fit together. After unpacking, fluff and shape the branches by hand, working from the trunk out to the tips. Plan from 10 minutes for smaller trees to about an hour for the largest ones.

How do I clean an artificial tree?

Dust it every few weeks with a soft duster, a microfiber cloth or a hair dryer on the cool setting. Outdoor trees can be rinsed gently with water. No watering, pruning, soil or sunlight is needed.

Are artificial trees worth it compared to real trees?

For most homes and businesses, yes. An artificial tree is a one-time purchase that keeps its shape and color, works in dark corners and air-conditioned rooms, and drops no leaves. Real trees need light, water, care and, often, replacement. See our comparison of artificial vs real trees over time.

Christmas trees

Are your Christmas trees pre-lit?

What size Christmas tree do I need?

Subtract about 12 inches from your ceiling height to leave room for a topper: a 6 to 6.5 ft tree for an 8 ft ceiling, 7 to 7.5 ft for a 9 ft ceiling and 9 ft for 10 ft ceilings and above. Our guide on how to choose an artificial Christmas tree for your home covers shape and lights too.

Should I choose a flocked or a green Christmas tree?

Choose green for the most versatile tree that works with any ornaments and any room. Choose flocked for a snowy, finished look with fewer ornaments; expect a little shedding during the first setup. Compare them in flocked vs green Christmas trees.

When should I order a Christmas tree?

Delivered in 6 weeks, so we recommend ordering by the end of October to have your tree in time for the holidays.

Do you have Christmas trees for businesses and outdoor displays?

How do I store an artificial Christmas tree?

Clean it, take it apart section by section from the top down, fold the branches up without crushing the tips and pack it in a storage bag or bin. Keep it somewhere dry, dark and temperature stable, not a hot attic or a damp garage. Our storage guide walks through every step.

Do you take commercial or bulk orders?

Yes. Hotels, restaurants, offices, event venues and designers can email support@ojadecor.com with photos or a floor plan of the space and the quantities needed, and we will help choose sizes and put together a proposal.
